Bingham Grange Touring & Camping Park is a peaceful, exclusively adult touring caravan park in the grounds of a former country grange farm within the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

It has award winning facilities and ‘Buzzards’ restaurant-bar which has been sensitively incorporated into the historic barns and cottages.

The park’s olde-worlde charm, courtesy, country views and guest comforts make Bingham Grange Touring & Camping Park an idyllic base to enjoy the delights of Dorset and its Jurassic Coast.

Park Facilities

Touring caravans, motorhomes and tents are all very welcome at Bingham Grange Touring & Camping Park.

Guests can choose grass, hardstanding or fully-serviced pitches with individual fresh water tap and grey water drain.

All pitches have electric hook-up and many offer glorious country views.

We have a motorhome service point.

Bingham Grange Touring & Camping Park receives regular awards for its excellent standard and cleanliness of guest facilities, including the 5-Star rated Platinum ‘Loo of the Year’.

Individual private shower rooms are equipped with shower, hand-basin and WC.

An accessible shower room is fitted with a full disabled suite and all facilities boast comfortable underfloor heating.

Guests have the use of a laundry room with washing and drying machines plus a kitchenette equipped with washing-up area, microwave and freezer.

A convenience shop is located at reception and papers are delivered daily to the park.

Bingham Grange Touring & Camping Park is a really dog-friendly caravan park with its own woodland dog walk where they can enjoy a paddle in River Brit.

The countryside around Bingham Grange Touring & Camping Park is home to deer, buzzards, badgers, foxes and a variety of birds, all of which are regularly seen within the park.

Beyond the woodland walk is access to a network of public footpaths each leading across pleasant farmland to picturesque villages and the market town of Bridport.

The perfect place to end a busy day touring is Bingham Grange’s own ‘Buzzards’ restaurant and lounge bar.

It‘s a relaxing spot where Chef will tempt you with a varied menu of home cooked local produce – not to mention scrumptious hand-crafted deserts.

Sip a drink, watch the sunset over the Brit Valley and it’s time to think about which part of Dorset will you explore tomorrow.

What’s On Nearby

West Dorset is the perfect destination for uncrowded beaches, miles of stunning Dorset coast, pretty harbours and little villages.

There’s excellent sea fishing, walking and cycling, or golf within a short drive.

Bridport West Bay is a small atmospheric harbour, setting for TV’s ‘Harbour Lights’.

It’s many harbourside bistros and pubs are popular for local seafood.

West Bay is the gateway to Dorset’s magnificent Jurassic Coast.

Visit Charmouth’s Heritage Coast Visitor Centre to learn about the coast and fossils you can find along it.

Lyme Regis is another charming seaside town, famous for it’s Cobb harbour which is immortalised in the film ‘The French Lieutenant’s Woman’.

The historic Dorset County town of Dorchester is worth a visit for it’s long list of attractions: Judge Jeffries’ ‘bloody assize’ of the Tolpuddle Martyrs, Thomas Hardy memorabilia, museums and collections.

East along the coast, Abbotsbury boasts an abbey, swannery and sub-tropical gardens with views along the famous Chesil Beach leading to the beach resort of Weymouth, which has many new attractions since being the 2012 Olympic sailing venue.

Cross the causeway onto Portland Island for amazing views over Weymouth Bay and the Dorset coast to Portland Bill.

Closer to the caravan site are quiet strolls around Beaminster, with its 200 listed buildings or sampling the local beers on a tour of Palmers’ brewery.
