Wells Touring Park is a long established family owned restful touring/lodge park.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside, catering exclusively for adults purely to offer a relaxed atmosphere.

A quality touring site ideally located within a close walking distance of the historic City of Wells, and for your convenience the bus stops just outside of the park.

Enjoy the spectacular Cathedral, Bishops Palace, Wookey Hole with its magical caves, Cheddar Gorge & Caves, Bath, Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Glastonbury, Street and the Somerset Levels.

The site has been well designed to bring you a variety of pitches for your caravans, motorhome or RV’s (up to 14m) keeping you clean whatever the weather 365 days a year.

The spacious facilities block has under-floor heating keeping you at comfort for these winter visits.

Wells Touring Park has 48 hard standing pitches and 4 grass pitches with plenty of space for awnings and cars.

We welcome caravans, motorhomes and RV’s to the park.

A pitch to suit all needs, from grass, half grass to hard standing.

Why not try one of our ‘service pitches’ with added individual water tap and grey water drain.

Motor caravans and RVs can use our motorhome waste disposal point.

Our luxury, heated toilet and shower block includes privacy cubicles and a full disabled suite.

Our modern amenities building is equipped with large showers, WC’s, wash hand basins, hand-dryers, shaving point and Plug sockets for hair driers.

There’s no extra charge for showers and you’ll find everything is kept spotlessly clean.

For the comfort of guests with special needs, we have a separate, disabled suite located for easy wheelchair access.

Washing-up facilities are under cover.

Fully equipped spacious laundrette with ironing board/ iron and a freezer for your ice-packs.

Enjoy a social game of petanque with our two courts, play with friends or take pleasure in meeting new ones!

Freshly blended coffee and delicious cakes served in ‘The Lounge’ coffee shop.

Every day essentials are available to purchase on the park along with local luxuries, wine, cider etc.

Take a way food delivered to your pitch 7 days a week.

Wells Holiday Park is ideally located within a close walking distance of the historic City of Wells with its spectacular Cathedral and Bishops Palace.

Wells has thriving markets and stunning period buildings as well as the village of Wookey Hole with its magical caves and mill.

Cheddar gorge is a short drive away.

Cliff top walks and nature trails are a must for those with the energy; who will be rewarded with the stunning views from the look-out tower across to Cheddar Reservoir and the Somerset Levels.

Touring the attractions on an open-top bus is a much more relaxed option.

Along the gorge are the underground caverns of Coxs’ Caves and Gough’s Caves, with their wonderfully coloured stalactites and stalagmites.

There’s also the Museum of Prehistory and the Cheddar Cheese Factory to visit.

Glastonbury Tor & Abby, rising 525 feet above sea level, the tor is one of Somersets renowned landmarks.

Clarks Village for all the shoppers selling a wide range of branded goods at discount prices.

Four golf courses and coarse fishing within the 10miles or 16 miles you can reach sandy beaches.

City of Bath is a 45 minute drive away.

The Abbey, Roman Baths, Pulteney Bridge, shopping malls and Bath Spa are all within walking distance of the city centre.

A Park and Ride is on both sides of the city to make it more convenient to park and you can enjoy the views travelling into the centre.

There’s plenty to do without travelling from the site: walking, cycle trails, bird-watching and much more.
