First impressions of Brookside Country Park are how well the park has been thought out.

A well gravelled, well-lit private road leads to a late arrivals and parking area in front of the park’s security barrier.

Inside, 35 level hard-standing pitches are arranged off wide driveways, providing easy access onto pitches.

Touring pitches have electric hook-up and are separated by evergreen laurel hedging. Fresh water points are at the caravan site entrance and facilities building.

Brookside Country Park is a sun-trap so you can make good use of picnic benches conveniently placed around the park.

Reception and the centrally heated facilities building are located at the far end of the site.

Showers and WC’s are well-equipped with hair-dryers and hand-driers, all bright and pristinely clean with no extra charge for showers.

A thoughtful touch for guests with mobility concerns is a block paved touring pitch and pathway leading to the disabled WC/washroom.

An indoor wash-up room doubles as a well-stocked DVD/library and a separate laundry room provides washing, drying and ironing facilities.

Motorhomes have use of a service point located by the facilities building.

Wi-Fi is free of charge.

Please be aware that the onsite dog walk is now closed.
