A family run park set out to achieve “a pristine adult-only caravan park with facilities to satisfy their most discerning adult guests” while preserving the countryside and wildlife around their rural Vale Royal location in Cheshire.

Lamb Cottage Caravan Park is all of that.

Small, beautifully and well laid out, 5-star graded and just far enough off the main routes for guests to enjoy its sunny grounds in peace and quiet.

The park is close to many Cheshire attractions and convenient for visits to North Wales, the Wirral and Liverpool.

Lamb Cottage Caravan Park offers 66 pitches set out in 6.5 acres of manicured, landscaped grounds generously planted with hedges and shrubs.

We have 66 large, fully serviced, all weather touring pitches with electric hook-up, fresh water and grey waste drain.

Pitches accommodate car, caravan and awning with a lawned area to each pitch.

Motorhomes are accommodated on single hard standing pitches with room for smaller awnings.

We do not charge for awnings.

Please enquire about extra-large hard standing caravan pitches available for seasonal hire.

Our modern, centrally heated amenity building incorporates individual luxury wash rooms equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin.

There is also a full disabled suite as well as separate WC’s and hand basins.

All are fitted to an exceptionally high standard.

Hair dryers and shaver points are provided for your convenience.

Showers and all hot water is free.

We have a small information point with tourist information, small book & DVD exchange library.

Lamb Cottage Caravan Park is a dog friendly caravan site with a pleasant dog walk on-site and a larger Forestry Commission woodland path across opposite the park entrance.

Cheshire is a county of rivers, canals, lakes, woodlands, stately homes and gardens.

You will find most leisure activities close to the caravan park, in addition to many visitor attractions.

Walkers and cyclists enjoy country footpaths around the park and a visit to Delamere Forest Parkwhere there is also horse-riding, golf and fishing.

The beautiful historic city of Chester is a real pleasure.

Stroll along the city walls and rows of black and white timbered shops; take a break on Riverside or a River Dee boat trip.

There’s a museum and medieval cathedral to visit and regular meets at Chester Races.

Chester Zoo is one of the UK’s finest, with over 400 species in extensive grounds.
