The nearest Post code to us Is PL21 OSG, but please read the directions below.
At the end of the MS (J31) take the A38 towards Plymouth.
After about 20 miles leave the A38 at the Modbury turn off and turn LEFT at the top of the
slip road.
THE BEST THING TO DO NOW IS TURN YOUR SAT NAV OFF
Keep straight on at the new roundabout, go straight across and continue straight on.
At California Cross, you will have The California Inn on your right and the petrol station on
your left. Keep straight on, don’t turn left or right, after about 200 yards follow the road
around to the right – do not take the road on your left.
Moor View will be found on the left hand side in approx quarter of a mile.
