A Warm Welcome To Three Castles Country Caravan Park
Tranquil Touring Parks is delighted to welcome Three Castles Country Caravan Park as the group’s fifth adult only touring park in Wales.
Three Castles is a small, 12 pitch adult only caravan and camping site, surrounded by serene countryside between Abergavenny and Monmouth in South Wales.
Recently awarded 4-stars by Visit Wales, Three Castles gets great reviews for its high-grade facilities which compare very favourably to those offered by much larger parks, though without the crowds…
Three Castles Caravan park offers a choice of grass camping pitches or touring pitches with hardstanding runs for caravan and motorhome wheels.
Every pitch has electric hook-up and TV connection. 6 pitches are fully serviced with individual fresh water tap and grey waste drain.
An attractive heated facilities building houses three individual shower rooms fitted with shower unit, handbasin and WC.
One of the shower rooms is fully equipped with disabled facilities.Washing-up and laundry facilities are first class, with thoughtful touches like washing-up liquid and a fridge-freezer for guest’s use.
Guests also have use of a comfortably furnished TV lounge which is stocked with local tourism information.
Three Castles is very dog-friendly, an adjacent field provides an exercise area in addition to the footpaths and walks nearby.
Skenfrith village is a mile walk, The Bell Country Inn being the closest pub-restaurant, though there are many more within a short drive, as are local shops in Grosmont.
Of course, you can visit the three Castles, and there are many other historic buildings besides.
There really is a wealth of things to see and do along the incredibly beautiful Wye Valley and Symonds Yat gorge, the Forest of Dean and South to Abergavenny and on to the Brecon Beacons.
