Pembrokeshire
For coastal walkers and beach lovers everywhere, Pembrokeshire is the place to be! Offering some of the finest stretches of coast of anywhere in the world (let alone Europe), a visit to this county in the south is a must.
There’s over 50 beaches for you to enjoy, from Amroth in the east right through to the impressive Newgale Beach in the west – you’re simply spoilt for choice.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is also one walkers will love. This trail winds and weaves its way along the coastline offering some unbeatable views. Just remember to bring your camera!
North Wales
With a very different feel to the south of the country, North Wales is the place for action and adventure!
Lace up your walking boots, pack your flask and put your best foot forward as you tackle the peaks of Snowdon and Cadir Idris or get that adrenaline pumping with a rafting session at the National White Water Centre! Whatever your preference you enjoy unforgettable holiday experiences in this region…
If, however, your idea of holiday heaven is something a little more tranquil then North Wales has plenty to offer, too… Like Pembrokeshire, it boasts an impressive coastline. From the classic resort of Barmouth on the west coast to Bangor in north, there’s lots to see and do.
Brecon Beacons
No stay at one of our adults only campsites or caravan sites in Wales is complete without a visit to the Brecon Beacons National Park in mid Wales. This vast wilderness to the north west of the pretty market town of Abergavenny is hugely popular with walkers.
The Brecon Beacons Visitor Centre (just outside Brecon) is jam packed with information on walks and trails + there’s a great cafe where you can fuel up ahead of your trek!
