Significant awards based on guests’ experiences
The Tripadvisor awards are especially meaningful because they are based on authentic, first-hand reviews and ratings. They are valuable to both travellers and winners because they are unbiased, reflecting a consistently high standard of guest experience.
Tripadvisor decides which establishments are in the top 10% and therefore eligible for the awards, based on the following requirements:
- A minimum rating of 4.0 bubbles
- A number of reviews above the Tripadvisor threshold during a 12 month period
- Be listed on Tripadvisor for at least 12 months
